im finally doing a fairly significant update... the archive is moved to the left nav, and recent art posts are listed above the news entries on the main page. AND THERE'S AN RSS FEED FOR THAT!
that way you can see when i add things to the gallery, instead of just 'every time i push a change'. now that i know how rss feeds work in 11ty i'm fucking unstoppable.
there was enough artwork added in this pass that the recent art feed doesnt actually show them all, so you'll want to see the individual art indexes for each.
i also edited some parts of the site where, when i embedded an art thumbnail, i would be giving it an alt AND title attribute, but it only needs the alt attribute. otherwise screen readers would read it twice in a row... oops... sorry! i only realized this recently.
i aallllllsoooo remade the splash image. i finally rigged a half-decent swifty model that i want to reuse for more stuff. the banner is totally new too! i wasn't happy with the other one. hopefully i don't have one of those "infinite redraw" moments. lol!
