delving back into "printing a photo then drawing on it and scanning it back in for effect". it does feel very fun, the way it clamps down different values and washes out the color a bit. i figure part of that is not being corrected for print (i need to be careful not to print anything TOO dark or i'll be wasting ink i think). that said, i really enjoy the final look, with some post-processing to adjust values slightly and add the dark border.
