consider an analogy. a wolfdog is neither dog or wolf. it's not predictable, and if you've only ever raised dogs, you will have trouble. because you aren't treating it like what it is. it's not a dog, and it's not a wolf. so what are you supposed to do? what if you don't want to admit you don't understand your child?
