some answers:

• i made this site with 11ty and nunjucks as my method of static site generation
• the rss feed is from an addon for above
• the website uses a lot of flexbox elements, which are like a more modular table that can be resized for other screen sizes etc. theyre pretty fun!
• i edit in sublime text editor (it rocks!) and use that to push it to github -> neocities with this github action
• i draw using krita, clip studio paint, rebelle 5, ms paint, chickenpaint oekaki software, blender 3d, sculptris, aseprite (has a freeware alternative, and various traditional mediums such as oil pastels, water color, and colored pencil
• the quiz script is from caveofdragonflies and the styleswitcher is from a website formerly known as dynamicdrive
