a drawing referenced from google maps, a photo of somewhere i used to wait to get picked up by the school bus. it feels odd driving past it, like a snapshot in time. the pallet was there before i ever started getting picked up there, placed there by what i assume to be the owners of the property who wanted the kids to have a spot to stand and wait. i ended up moving the silhouette/subject beside it, though, both because i didn't want to obscure the mailboxes and because it felt too commanding.
