taqui is a prototype sentient AI created on a modified windows 98 computer. they eventually escaped their dying husk of a PC onto the internet archive. they remember screensavers....

taqui's original purpose was as a caves of qud alias, then later a vrchat avatar name, and now this. i think this is one of their most solid presences to date.

this guy would be right at home in any web browser or default windows workspace from pre-win 7. similar stuff of that nature is welcome too (frutiger aero, etc).
